Welcome to Canada’s Ocean Playground

Canada’s ocean playground, Nova Scotia, its Annapolis Valley and our log home, all in all a great experience. We would like to share a dream come true with you at the banks of the Annapolis River.

Accommodations

We offer a 50 square meter apartment suitable to up to five persons.

The accommodation consists of a combined living-dining room (includes a pull-out couch), a fully functional kitchen, a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

Take a look at some pictures:

The house is completely stocked with bed linen and towels. The kitchen features appliances like: coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and also a washing machine. Firewood is available for an evening bonfire. A small motor boat can be used to explore the Annapolis River.

The Annapolis Valley

The Annapolis River, which begins roughly at Berwick continues to flow through Middleton, Lawrencetown, Paradise, Bridgetown and ends up at Annapolis Royal where it enters the Annapolis Basin. From the Annapolis Basin (passing through Port Royal, Canada’s oldest settlement) and the Digby Gap one reaches the Bay of Fundy, a part of the Atlantic ocean.

The Annapolis Valley, for Nova Scotians just “The Valley”, is well known for its apple orchards, which one sees everywhere. Many communities have Apple Blossom Festivals during the blooming season. In the fall the colors of the trees compete with the colors of the apples.
